We often use a balance prop to strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles by combining elements of Pilates, Yoga, and Sports Conditioning with Balletic movements. Learn to move with precision during low-impact, rigorous workouts! You will finish the classes feeling taller, stronger and invigorated for your day.
